"I have known Juli for five years and initially as a member of Orangetheory. In 2022, I also had a chance to cycle alongside of her and our Cycle for Smiles team across the Chesapeake Bay Bridge for Operation Smile, celebrating 40 years of changing the lives of children born with cleft lip and palate. Her energy and positivity coaching fitness became a ripple effect of good when we started working together to build confidence in our local Operation Smile student volunteers.
Also a public speaking coach, Juli has a way of connecting with teens and helping them realize that anyone can be a good public speaker, but it does take practice. Juli’s sessions are interactive and fun and give our students a chance to let their guard down in order to develop a life long skill that is not always taught in school, and rarely by trained coaches. We love how our students become better story tellers and use this to help us spread awareness, educate and raise funds for the children of Operation Smile. Juli is passionate about giving students a voice. We are very excited to continue this partnership with JM Training!"
